I cuss like a sailor, it’s awful because I don’t even know I’m doing it! I actually got to the point where I can notice I’m doing it, now the next step is to stop! This is my one and only vice, don’t drink or smoke. But, I don’t want my sweet little girl to cuss. 
She’s 13 months old and just started to say the things my hubby and I say. How can I stop? Any tips?

The first step is awareness. It probably won’t happen over-night, but if you keep it in the forefront of your thoughts, you will train yourself to think of other word choices instead of cursing.
